 Customers may satisfy the terms of their agreement at any time before it expires. Once fully paid, your eligible gold will be returned.

Not every item will qualify. If yours doesn't meet program requirements, we'll explain why and return it to you — no obligation to move forward.

Most appointments take approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of items and any questions you have.

Every eligible gold item submitted to ITF undergoes a professional evaluation before a funding decision is made, examining gold purity, weight, overall condition, current market value, and program eligibility guidelines.

Funding offers are based on the professional evaluation of your eligible gold, current market conditions, and ITF's program guidelines. Funding amounts may vary from one customer to another.

Absolutely. Receiving a funding offer does not obligate you to accept it. If you decide not to move forward, your eligible gold will be returned and no funding agreement will be completed.

Yes. Eligible gold accepted under the program is handled professionally and stored securely while your agreement is active.

Currently, ITF issues funding and accepts repayments through Zelle. If additional payment methods become available, updated information will be posted on the website.
