If your application qualifies to move forward, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient appointment. Appointments allow us to provide personalized, one-on-one service while professionally evaluating your eligible gold.
Professional Gold Evaluation
During your appointment, we'll verify your identification and professionally evaluate your eligible gold. We'll carefully explain the evaluation process and answer any questions you may have.
Review Your Funding Offer
If your eligible gold qualifies, we'll review your funding offer together. Your offer will include: funding amount, agreement term, applicable service fee, total amount required to satisfy the agreement, and your opportunity to reclaim your eligible gold. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions before making your decision. There is no obligation to accept the offer.
Complete the Agreement
If you choose to move forward, we'll complete the required paperwork and review every part of your agreement. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand the agreement and feel confident with your decision.
Funding Issued
Once the agreement has been completed, funding will be issued according to ITF's approved payment procedures. We'll also explain your agreement, repayment requirements, and answer any final questions before your appointment is complete.
